Hello sir, as per you describe i think there some confliction in update site. well you have backup of whole site which working perfect ? from which current version your site running ? well if you share your site and ftp detail then we have look at the issue and as per give you proper suggestion what we have to do next to run site perfectly. Hello 1) What version of Joomla did you try to update? 2) Did you backup the site before upgrading? 3) Do you have access to the hosting control panel or at least FTP?
