Link WP woocommerce client order to backend php script. Clear all bugs

My website provide auto generated customised report to client once recieved order.
The script already written. It had work, but programmer gone, he kept some hidden code, also bug exists. I need someone to put the puzzle back, and make it work again.
So the job is to look at what has left behind, read and understand how the script flow, clean the bug, re-write necessasy php, and make it work again ON A NEW TESTING WORDPRESS FILE. IF WORKED, COPY IT TO MY REAL BUSINESS WEBSITE.
Becaise the project contains many bits and pieces of understanding and communcation (from Hong Kong), to prevent the project is too large or complex to understand, I might need to have the flexibility to split the project into little task for you to work on, therefore it is more flexible to pay by hours.
Also, if we work well, there will be more cooperations. there are some features I wanna add.
