Looking for Magento experts. Creation of desktop website and separate mobile site.

We are currently looking for a Magento expert to build websites together with us. The position entails the creation of two websites (separate mobile and desktop sites) with Magento. The websites’ HTML, CSS, and jQuery coding has been completed. We are now only looking to implement the functions detailed in the attached images. ******************************************** NOTE1: You need to check Design mockup of separate mobile site in provided URL that you can find in attached PDF file. NOTE2: We will create separate mobile website first, then desktop site. (Currently, mockup for desktop site is constructing so once it’s done I can provide for you. If you need I can show you temporary mockup.) NOTE3: Please download images from the link below to see detail requirements, [login to view URL] ******************************************** Rather than someone already employed by a company, we are looking for a self-employed programmer who will always be available on Skype. (If it will not be possible to directly contact you without going through a manager, please do not apply.) [Application Requirements] • As we require a high level of individual customization, we ask that only programmers with five years’ working experience with Magento apply. • We would prefer applicants who can customize shopping cart pages. • Please confirm that you will be able to implement the features in the attached images. Those who would struggle to implement these features need not apply. [Development Environment] • You will need to work directly on our designated servers. • You will need to work together with a programmer at our company. • The aforementioned programmer is a PHP professional, but he does not have any experience with Magento development. Because of this, we are seeking someone who would be able to swiftly reply to his technical questions, and to give him guidance. [Payment] We will pay $680 for the creation of the two websites (separate mobile site and desktop site). We will release 10% of the payment upon reaching the first milestone. Initial(Upfront) Payment: 10% of the payment 2nd Payment: 30% of the payment 3rd Payment: 30% of the payment 4th Payment: 30% of the payment [Due date] Due date for separate mobile website is 31th March.
