Hi, I am available to work with you on your Magic 8 Ball app. Before you read any further I am an iOS developer only so can make this for iPhone only not Android. If that is okay with you, I can make the iOS versions first, set a high standard that perhaps is used as a reference to make the Android version if this app takes off. Here is an overview: + iOS app running iOS 11.4+ and backwards compatible to iOS 9. Coded natively with Objective-C. With a FREE 12 month warranty. + The app will come preinstalled with quotes, that are randomly pulls a quote when the user shakes the device. I will ensure that the randomness is uniform. + The quotes can be pulled by category, with an non-consumable In-app purchase/s for a user to unlock more quote categories, as mentioned in your description such as a sarcastic/funny category. + Perhaps another IAP could be used to unlock the feature for an admin area where the user can add new quotes. The way this would work is the admin area would actually allow the user to create new categories as well as new quotes. Any new categories they create would appear in the main cat. view.
