Mailchimp Save the Date & RSVP

INVITATIONS Two versions (same copy with only date & venue changes) for the respective regional conferences. Three different intro’s for the 2 versions(2 for CT and 1 for Pta). Language edited versions to follow but see sample for costing purposes. Suitable to be send via Mail Chimp. We already have an account. We will purchase enough credits for the send. Personalised – Dear Dr Johan van der Merwe. You will receive an Excel spread sheet per region with the correct way of addressing each individual linked to their e-mail address. Fully automated RSVP system with detail reporting capabilities. RSVP should click through to a form that will display relevant information. There will be 3x RSVP forms: 1 - For delegates living in Cape Town attending the Coastal Region conference. 2 - For delegates from the corporate office, Port Elizabeth & East London that will attend the Coastal Region conference (they have flight & accommodation info added). 3 - For delegates attending the Inland conference in Pretoria. The most important factor is the RSVP tracking of the 3 different RSVP forms as well as the fields that have been filled in. We need all of this to be set up in Mailchimp, or at least sent out via Mailchimp. Dont mind if you use whatever extensions you need to use. We will do the designs on our side, according to Mailchimp specs, just need it to be build in Mailchimp with all the required functionality to make it as automated as possible.
