Manage Dynamic Rows in Javascript & Encode PHP code

Using Javascript, i have created rows and dropdowns inside it. The row is created using div tags, there is not table. In the newly added row, when I select something from first dropdown, it should change the value of second drop down of second row but it changes the value of second drop down in the first row rather than the second row. The elements of same row should get affected. Also, every row should have a remove row button such that on insertion code of PHP, the data of this deleted row is not considered. Donot bid if you have Jquery solution instead of Javascript one. Another thing is that you should be able to encode the php code so that when its installed on user side using PHPDekstop, code is not readable inside Work T&C 1.
