Map Search for Homes similar to Zillow

I need map search functionality similar to this. You will need to do a ajax call to pull in data from my database which I already have longitude and latitude of all the homes. You will need to display the homes on a map on the left side and you will also need to display the homes on the right side of the page in grid format very similar to how Zillow is doing it. There will need to be pagination or a load more button. You may also need to cluster the map icons. You will also need to be able to draw on the map using the drawing / polygon tool to select certain areas of the map to show only those listings. I already have the search form built out, all that is left is pulling in the data using ajax and display it on the page using javascript.
