This is an almost complete project - but i cant get the freelancer back to finish it. I tried with another freelancer but he failed to deliver. I just want the job finished. Its a mathematical understanding of how a Ponzi scheme works. Its an ability to write or complete a PHP script that allows the user(me) to identify the outcome for people throughout the ponzi scheme. The successful freelancer can chose to develop the tool in any language they chose - i want the ability for the tool to work - i dont care what language it is written in. I have the previous conversations, diagrams, scripts - all the bits and pieces. I dont think its a difficult job at all. I have part working scripts - i just dont have it finished.,
