mobile responsive website has been created android app by android studio but photo not adding

we have created one website [login to view URL] into android application by android studio ...but it is not working when we are adding photo or image...

means can we create android app by using current exiting mobile responsive website in android studio.. but really it is not working .. or use less we can just veiw..but not work if this is dynamics website..
