Modify Open Source JS to add a few minor features

There is a bot called phantombot i want to add a feature to it. (the source is availible on GITHUB) The feature will record Chat per 5 second cycles and time stamp UTC time zone. For channels its deployed in. It will record Emoticon usage in the Channel it is deployed in. It will have a Table for the channels emoticon's where i can assign A positive negative neutral ratting to the emoticon usage. It will save this to a table. Every day a new table will start Per channel Per Day. The second part will be to read a table from a data set for Clip Correlation, example the data set Has VOD Link VOD UTC Published Time into Vod of clip 14:04:59 5h27m37s this will correlate to streams and can be placed in a absolute sens of the same time frame (add 5hours and27 minutes and 37seconds and you'll have the absolute UTC to the clip, looking at this now it may be better to include the VOD date just for clarification too) On the dash board this feature needs to be present and be representing with a decent GUI. The tab representing this feature needs to have a decent graph of the last 24 hour and a option to go backwards and see past days with the same data set's
