Modify store.php template (Dokan plugin for Wordpress) - 28/09/2018 10:22 EDT

I am using Dokan Multi Vendor plugin for Wordpress, with a theme (ReDokan). I need to have the vendor page template modified… Nothing major ;) You can check out the original demo page here to see how the page displays: [login to view URL] With this demo, if you click any category in the ‘Shop categories’ widget, you will display the corresponding products on the same page. This is what I need changed. My situation is that I use nested categories (one level down only). When you click a category in the ‘Shop categories’ widget, I don’t want to go straight to products. Instead I want a progressive flow: the widget ONLY displays main categories, and when you click one given category it displays the corresponding list of subcategories. Then when you click a particular subcategory, the page loads the corresponding products. If you take a look at the pictures attached, this refers to #2. So now, you guess there is a preliminary step as illustrated in #1. Ideally, when you click a category in the widget, it should load a chunk of HTML (hardcoded, it does not need to be edited through worpdress admin) with a link. When you click that link, you load the corresponding subcategories in place of HTML chunk. That’s it. I am attaching the [login to view URL] file I need modified, so that you can take a look. Of course, I will provide the theme it belongs to, etc.
