Modify Zoho Inventory PHP script- picklist

Job Description:
I am needing the picklist PHP script to produce a PDF with the same functions as prior, while changing a few of output/arrangement of the printable (PDF) view of the following items
1.) split CASES and KEGS as seen in the attached mockup PDF. Add those headers as seen so the driver knows what items are which.
2.) Add a TOTAL Cases and a TOTAL Kegs (not total sku as it is now) to the right under the QTY to pick for both CASES and KEGS
Note: Please be sure that the items are alphabetized as seen in the attached PDF. This helps the driver organize his items easier.
The above are the items are what we need for this round of modifications.
