Dear All, Need to build a Multi-Approver Member Directory by using any one of the options given below: • SobiPro • Community Builder • Jomsocial If you know any other component/script (like joget workflow) which can provide these functionalities, you may let us know. We prefer components/script that would work well on a LINUX server. The total budget for the project is around USD 500 Given below are the requirements. There will be different levels of approval required for the listing to be finally visible in the website frontend Types of Memberships There will be different types of Memberships like: Full Member Consultants etc Based on the type of Membership chosen, Membership Application should dynamically change. (Different input fields for different types of Memberships) Levels of Approvals 1. REVIEWERS 2. BOARD MEMBERS 3. ADMIN 3 levels of status required for each listing • Approved or Rejected by REVIEWERS • Approved or Rejected by BOARD MEMBER • Approved or Rejected by ADMIN or PUBLISHED Step 1: User submits the listing There should be a link in the frontend for submitting the Membership Form. When a user submits a membership form, it should automatically create a joomla standard/custom user with ACL only to view/modify the listings. Deleting should not be possible by the user. (Admin should be able to delete the listings also). These listings should be visible in the frontend when the final approval has been done by the MASTER ADMIN. Moreover, all custom fields used in the Membership form (like name, email, country etc) should be searchable both in Frontend and in Backend. Step 2: First level approval by REVIEWER Status changes to Approved or Rejected by REVIEWER. If there are any recommendations or information required for the listing to be approved, then there should be a Text Box where the REVIEWER enters the same. Mail should be triggered to the LISTING USER, BOARD MEMBER and ADMIN Step 3: Second level approval by BOARD MEMBERS If the REVIEWER has approved the listing, the same can be reviewed by the BOARD MEMBER and he/she approves or rejects the same. The status changes to Approved or Rejected by BOARD MEMBER Step 4: Final level approval by ADMIN If the BOARD MEMBER has approved the listing, the same can be reviewed by the ADMIN and he/she approves or rejects the same. The status changes to Approved or Rejected by ADMIN and listing becomes finally visible in the frontend. Mail should be triggered to the LISTING USER and ADMIN Approvals can happen either at Frontend or Backend (whichever is easier for our task). The Master Admin should be able to view: When clicked on a Member Listing, its status like Pending for Review, who all are the Reviewers approved the Listing, Board Recommendations etc. Please let us know if you need any clarifications.
