I need a checkbook app to be made for android. In addition to being a good programmer you also needs to have a good idea of basic math and accounting. If you have never kept accounts DO NOT BID, this is the wrong project for you. I will NOT make a milestone until I see progress. When things move forward and I see results I will make the milestones. (NOT NEGOTIABLE). The app must work on all versions of ANDROID ,6.0 to 9.0. I expect you to test on live phones. Please read the attached PDF. No subtitles will be provided. I will provide the UI.
