I need custom development plugin with wordpress website

Responsive Wordpress Website, The website should be build with visual composer Need a Registration/sign up based website CUSTOM DEVELOPMENT FOR PLUGIN Plugin will work with registration form, So when I create registration form in website pages I link to this plugin. And if I link to this plugin all the user when register to my website the details I get in this plugin as subscriber and all data will be stored on database sql. Note : In WP there is already an option for Subscriber but I don’t want that type I need custom own plugin for that.
