Need experience Cake PHP developer to work full time as an virtual employee

Hi We are looking for Cake PHP developer with 3 years minimum experience into cake PHP based applications. Candidate should be comfortable into below mentioned areas. 1. Cake PHP, MY SQL 2. API creation and JSON implementation 3. Payment gateway and SMS gateway Implementation [login to view URL] , HTML 5 5. JQUERY and Java Script 6. Ajax implementation 7. AWS server management Well hire through freelancer and we ll pay monthly salary and candidate will work with our from 9 AM to 7 PM please dont give any reason that i ll be available after 10 PM and work only 4 hours. Note:- if you dont have strong 3 + years experience into cake PHP and above technologies please dont bid we ll select only NCR based freelancer who can visit our office if required for face to face meeting. We need a person to start from tomorrow onwards and we'll not pay any upfront payment it will be fixed monthly salary which will be paid on 5th of every month . If we are getting proper output it ll be 1 year assignment.
