need help to fix a bug on this html page using iframe

I have a html page which can locate a browser device on a map and a IP location on the same page when I don't use SSL, the script shows the IP location but can't display the browser location when I use SSL, the script show only geolocation of browser but not IP location on a map I want someone who can fix the script to display both script either with ou without SSL
