MUST BE AVAILABLE NOW. - Not tonight or later, now. Must know PHP & PYTHON This project pays $5/hour. We are a startup company and that is our max budget. We have 20 hours available for each coder we select. our problem. Our application validations emails. It tells user is email is: valid/invalid/accept-all/unknown 1. Our network manager keeps getting turned off. We need a solution so server will allow outbound connections. 2. When we upload files for system to process, system will get stuck and not process. We need this diagnosed. For coders that do an excellent job, we can bring you on for long term. This project pays $5/hour.
