Stripe is best for recuring payments. Felixibile, adaptive and easy to use. Implementation will take few hours. This is recommendation. Paypal is a bit complitaced and request higher level of knowledge and complicted inplementation. And i am not sure about recuring payments in real meaning of word. On stripe this is automatic. For paypal must be handled ny code in app. I worked with paypal on www.erpag.com. So have expirience. This is not bid, this is only try to help. Best luck
