Hi, I have this above mentioned project to be done by July 17th. It is simple system with basic functions. My requirement is mainly get the PROJECT DOCUMENTATION done according a structure I will be providing. Please see the project scope below.
The XXX Ltd is a leading marine service company based in Sri Lanka.
Currently they use a manual HR system to store all relevant details of employees. As the
company grows with new employees been recruited the management has identified the
necessity of an online HR system. The proposed system involves a dashboard for the
management to review and evaluate employee performance, calculation of leave
balance, easy editing of personal details in case of change (Address, title), and keeping
track of employees salary details including salary slips.

1. System Administration
Create and maintain profiles for all staff members.
Assign privileges according to user roles.
Admin/Management must be able manage all the staff details.

5. Monitoring Attendance
The HR department could synchronise the system with the existing attendance tracking
system so that the HR system could automatically be updated.
6. Calculating EPF and ETF
System is automatically calculating EPT and ETF amounts of the employees based on
their given basic salary. Moreover, those will be deducted from salary automatically and
provide the net salary for the month.
7. Calculating Salary
A separate user interface provided to the system operators so they can prepare
salary payments easily. This is an automatic calculation. User only have to select the
Employee name or ID and the month and then Salary for the specified month will be
calculated. In addition, it will deduct all the deductions such as company loans, EPF
and it will give the net salary for the month.
8. Print / Save Salary Slips
Net Salary will be displayed in Jasper Viewer according to salary slip format given by the
XXX Limited and users can either print the slip or save it in PDF format.
