Papyal ipn listener with phpmailer

I need a simple php script that uses the papyal ipn listener and if transaction is successful it sends a few emails using phpmailer. When the first email is successful, send a second to the buter and when both of those are successsul, send one to me. All emails will call a html page and replace strings with variables from the transaction. It needs to be clean, commented and follow best practices. Both paypal and phpmailer provide examples, i just need them put together somehow.
