PHP Script needed to show a single value from a stdClass object and export a stdClass object to a csv

I need a PHP script created that queries an exisiting WSDL Soap service. I can get the correct results returned from an exising script. I need the results refined to show only one value and have the abilty to export these to a CSV? This what it returns when I use print_r($response):
