PHP Ticket Booking Script

I would like to be able to sell event tickets on my website via Stripe Checkout ([login to view URL]).
Requirements:
Frontend for customers to buy tickets
Admin panel to add events, edit events, delete events, view event bookings
This is to be custom made PHP script, not Wordpress!
Each event will have the following information:
Event Date:
Event Time:
Event Title:
Event Location:
Event Description:
Event Image:
Event Price:
When the customer purchases the event, they must agree to the terms and conditions.
When the customer has made a purchase, the customer and admin should be sent a confirmation email as follows:
Subject: {EventTitle}: {EventDateTime}
Dear {Name}

Customer Name: {Name}
