PHP web application using ebay rest APIs

I need an application built on laravel framework. The application should be able to perform below-mentioned tasks: 1. Multiple user login with an individual dashboard. 2. In-app authorization to get third-party API access. 3. Search function to get eBay item number based on the search query or store name. 4. Search filter based buy it now or Auction listing. 5. Option to select multiple auction listings for auto bidding or download the list selected eBay item numbers. 6. Auto-bidding as per maximum bid amount set. 7. Option to change maximum bid amount. 8. Notification if another bidder overbid the maximum bid amount. 9. Option to upload eBay item number to add in auto bidding list.
