User Levels: Admin (Highest Privilege for backend) , Staff (Employees of the News Agency that submit news articles to be published to the app), User (User of the mobile app, these are the low level downloaders and general consumers) Admin Web Panel: *This will allow staff to submit news. The news articles will be reviewed by the other staff and approved or denied. If approved by 2 staff then the news article is pushed to the users using the mobile app. If the article is denied by 1 staff, then the article is rejected from being pushed to the mobile app and sent to an admin to review. *Area to review submitted news from Users and add private comments. *Discussion area APP (Android + IOS) This first version of the application (We will hire you to add many more features as we expand) will have the following features. *Push notifications of News articles *Widget (android only) that shows latest news titles *Good Sleek Design *Registration Required *Ability for user to submit news links with comments to be reviewed by the Staff Coder must have ability to add many new features, create beautiful mobile designs and may be available for full time position. If you have knowledge of APIs with, bittrex, poloniex, gdax, and cryptocoins, please say so in your bid as this will be relevant to our project moving forward.
