Hi Eric: May be MLS data specific to Torrento or other region need to be pulled regularly (once a minute?) and back-end cache this data. Each website list properties, may be of a particular region? Appreciate if you can kindly respond to enable us further discussion on the requirements. Hi Eric, Treb and Crea Developer here, and local to Mississauga. I've completed many projects like this previously and would like to point a couple things out. 1. Unless you have multiple RETS accounts with TREB it will be impossible to update the feeds every 60 seconds. TREBintroduced a limit in Sept of 2015 that only allows for 25 updates per day per feed. VOW Credentials are seperate from IDX credentials so if you could supply each account for each agent's access then you cut down on the update time to update every 30 minutes. 2. In addition to TREB and CREA MLS databases I also am an OPEN data architect. So I have access to data that is not included in the MLS such as school locations and geo coordinates on listings.
