I have updated WP to 4.3 and my form which was working perfectly well for a few years now and with all other updates, will now no longer submit. here is the response i reecived from plugin developer: You have two different versions of the jQuery library on the page, the first one is the WordPress copy which Quform is compatible with. The second one is included on the page with the code below: <script type="text/javascript" src="[login to view URL]"></script>
