Hi, I need a CRM for a beauty school. We need separate websites for School Admin, Trainers & Students. School Admin website is like a CRM. From the point of getting the lead to converting to a student contract and the execution should be managed. The teacher website is to look at the calendar to know the current class appointments, manage their availability, add notes after class, provide reporting, generate reports etc The student website is similar to teacher website. It will have a calendar to see current appointments, they can cancel an appointment, view the notes added for them, see the current modules completed, view their certificates, contract, reports etc. The most important feature required is scheduling appointments. Depending upon the availability of meeting rooms (it's capacity), teachers & students, the module to be handled, the system should automatically suggest how the execution can happen. It should also show the discrepancies if any so that it can be manually managed by the Admin and fixed. For ex, student & teacher is available, but room not available. No teacher available during the availability times of student. Combining one or more students for 1 appointment. When a room is under-utilized, then swap the appointment to another room and allow appointment with more students to be conducted. We need to also send reminder notifications via email. Mandrill template shall be used to send all notifications. The contracts should be digitally signed. For this, you will integrate with docusign or similar one. I can provide detailed requirements to the shortlisted candidates. Technologies to be used in PHP & MySQL A Admin template shall be purchased and provided to you. You need to only adjust it accordingly.
