Script for RSS sharing on facebook

I need a script that shares rss updates on facebook pages and groups.
The Script should read the rss and check every 30 minutes if it has new items in the rss and if there is should publish in block of 10 items in facebook pages and groups these updates.
The script should be able to include multiple rss sources.
Each rss I will need to include the facebok group or page that will be shared.
The format that should be shared in facebok is post format.
I need a script that uses only the facebook user and password to login. It can not be appid.
