Secure Customer Portal/Site

We require a branded secure site/portal, for customers to upload files which are analysed & the report returned to a separate folder for the customer to download. To keep this project affordable, coder should use pre-existing software/plugin adapted to our requirements.

Specifications:

[login to view URL] a private client area for individual clients. This should have 2 folders, 1 where customer can upload files - requires a drop down box to classify type of files being uploaded (ie a Type A or Type B or Type C file), the second for the customer to download a report for that analysed file - they will be required to enter a second password before downloading file. We must have the ability to create unlimited customer areas ourselves.

2. Second Access is required for analysis team to allow them to see & access to clients uploaded files on a specific customer basis & then then allow the team to upload a report to that clients download folder. Analysis team needs to be able to confirm that the file uploaded was indeed Type A/B or C. Need some way of marking the uploaded fie as 'Done' so customer & working team knows files analysed & report [login to view URL] team need some sort of visualisation of files uploaded & awaiting analysis.

3. Third type of Admin login should allow complete overview of files uploaded by all customers & files uploaded by working team ie work waiting to be done & work done with dates of both.

4. Invoicing & billing option. Invoice created for each customer based on number & type of files uploaded & the ability to mark that specific invoice as paid/outstanding.

5. Ability to audit turnaround time by analysis team & downloads of files by customers.
