Our compagnie has a website that is made with a template on wordpress, these are the following tasks you will have to fulfill if you’re the lucky selected one:
1) Convert the current website in code (html, js or others). Should be easy because all the text and the design is already given (one-page layout), you just need to rewrite the page in code and keep all the text and images. (website: [login to view URL])
2) Create a platform where our clients can upload and download documents via their login credentials.
Our company works directly with the client and that’s why we share information between our company and our clients. Our employees should able to share files with the client via a platform. We would like you to develop that platform where:
- When the user logs in, he will be redirected on his personal page with his information and uploaded documents.
- The client AND our company should be able to add, remove, download documents (pdf, images, word, excel…) to a specific client account.
- Our company should have a specific webpage with admin login where we can access all our client info and upload/download files on their account.
- It should be easy for an admin to make a new client accounts or admin accounts.
- The admins are redirected to another page than the clients, where we can add, delete accounts and choose to which client we want to add or delete documents.
All client account structure is the same, when a new client account is made, their upload and download spaces are empty.
Also:
- The client should be able to recover (if they can’t log in) and change their password (when logged in).
- Our company should be able to reset the password for a specific client.
- The admins are making the new logins and passwords that we will give to our client. No client can make it's own account via the website, only our employees (admins) should be able to create and manage new accounts.
Our company should have access to all the data of our clients and should be able to modify their uploads, meaning we should be able to add and remove documents in their account.
The design and features of the platform and pages made will discussed together.
3) Make the website: smartphone, pc and tablets friendly
4) The most important aspect: The whole website and data has to be ULTRA secured. We want the login page, the data storage and transfer to be 100% secure.
5) The recruited freelancer should be open for small – medium changes during the development of this project and 14 days after the work, we’ll try the platform and inform the freelancer if minor changes should be made. Big changes will be paid extra.

The freelancer should also be available for small adjustments after the platform has been made.
All the code should be clean, well-written and commented.
Fixed price of 1500 eur. for the project. Should be made in +- 20 days.
