server transfer

I need my server fixed. The hosts forced a transfer to a new server (updated) but refused to move any of the data even though it is a fully managed server. I hired someone from here and they did a lot of the work but many things seem to be beyond them. Several of the sites did not transfer properly and thus do not work. Your job would be to fix the 2 main sites (make sure they transferred properly as they worked perfectly fine on the other server). A crucial part will be to make sure all the necessary software is installed on the new server that is running on the old server. IE: mongo database and whatever else. You will also have to make sure that all settings are the same in WHM (php version, mysql, etc) the new server as the old. You will have root access to both servers as well as whm I don't believe this will be a long job as 90% of it was done by the other coder. They just couldn't get the settings right and 2 of the sites to transfer and run properly.
