A simple File Manager and File Uploader - written in PHP Scripts

I am looking for a simple file manager and uploader which I can add to my server, so I can manage and edit some text files & also upload images from a PC's web browser. Some features I expect: 1. self contained, no need to install special modules on server to use it 2. password access (password can be configured in php script), login, logout 3. basic file functions - e.g. directory browsing, list files in directory, delete files, create files, select and edit a file (text / source editing, no need for WYSIWYG editor but I don't mind to have something fancy) 4. upload files - select a local text and image or binary file and upload to a server directory with overwrite confirmation. If I can upload a few files at once it would be even better 5. The server scripts are stored in a sub directory, and must not allow access to other directories on server. 6. file filter: configure which file types can be edited. File type filter is configured in php script 7. upload size limit: set limit for max file size for a each upload. Max size is configured in php script I am using a similar editor script right now without upload function, if you like to reuse the code it's ok with me. any question please ask, thanks
