Simple 3 month Article Submission / Copy Paste with Wordpress and Classified Sites

Very simple copy paste data entry type job.
Looking for someone to contact many users over a 3 month period to promote our website.
for example login to a dubai related calssified site send a pre-written message by me, to cleaners to say "hey we have complimentarily listed your ad on our new site for maids, you can see it here: _________ , we suggest you create an account during our free lifetime sign up period for better results and to start building your reputation and get steady work.
Here is a example advertisement we have prepared for you to get better results _______"
You will be given an anonymous account login to use to post their current advertisements on my website.
So 2 parts, create the ad under the anonymous account and
contact the user to say you have done it, send them the link to their post in pre-written message and link to example post as explained above.
It is important that a consistent amount of contacts are done per day eg min10 max 50 per day NOT 1000 day 1 2 on day 2 , 3 on day 3 500 on day 4 etc.
This is an ongoing project for 3 months please provide quotes where hourly rate = per 10 contacts
