Simply Site replication script -- 2

I need a simple site replication script that will allow me to replicate any of my 5 template website designs. Must allow me to add variables to templates to replicate the site with customers information in those variables. Need it to create a folder with replicated static pages that I can FTP to any server. I would like to have a form that allows me to pick which template I want to replicate and then places to fill in the blank for those variables that need to be replaced with customer information. I will need variables such as PayPal email address, contact email address, domain name ([login to view URL]). It will have to be able to replicate both html and php pages as my templates have both/ Do not need a members backend or admin backend. Just a script to replicate site template pages that have variables inserted into them that will be replaced with customers information I put in via a simple form. The script will create a folder (named after customer last name) inside this folder will be the static pages of the replicated site to include images, css font, img subfolders etc. Need it installed and tested on my server.
