Social Engine - Point Activity Page (Sorting Items)

DETAILS: On our site, we have a page for offers and shopping the items are sorted in order by the date they were added. We want them to be sorted randomly. We also want the first three items to never change while everything below it randomly changes everytime some visits/refreshes the page. *See the photos for a better idea of how the page look's like. RECAP: We already created everything just need someone to look at the code that sorts the items on the page. TERMS: The project is paid in full once everything is completed to our standards. The files/codes you use/change must be noted in detail so that we can see what was changed. Maximum time to complete project is one (1) week.
