Our job includes organizing multiple groups of workers at the same time for a handful of different jobs at different locations.
Therefore each supervisor of one such group carries prepared time sheets with him/her to track the working times of each individual worker properly.
Usually at the end of the week all the time sheets have to be collected and are brought into 1 office in order to list and print this gathered information for further use.
The procedure of collecting/gathering these time sheets, get them in order and than print them takes way to much time so i want to optimise it.
A mobile app would be to costly so my idea is as follows:
Application on a tablet that directs to a non-public website
--> users gain acess through pin and username
--> on there they can fill in prepared time sheets and submit them to the admin (office)
--> Office/ admin account can open and print them
--> some more details would follow when someone is up for the job but thats the basic idea
