need some who familier with CentOS 6.5 I am needing to open 3000 port. Need to work via teamviewer. I have SSH root access. I was tried but wont working

$ sudo iptables -A INPUT -p tcp -m tcp --dport 3000 -j ACCEPT

$ sudo /etc/init.d/iptables save

Let me know if you can help . my budget is $5
