Develop an app for me that plays short music snippets depending upon what is showing up in task manager. Each program in TM will be assigned a piano chord, and on a 5 second cycle, all the chords for the running apps will be played. A user can be alerted to a new and unidentified task, possibly an unwanted intruder should that happen. Many details and specifications are yet to be determined.
