The Features for app based CAB Services: The drivers have the option to register their cars under the following features: 1. Economy 2. Luxury 3. Prime Drivers have the following features of ride to be offered: 1. Within Delhi 2. Delhi to Gurgaon 3. Delhi to Noida / Greater Noida 4. Hire for the Entire Day within NCR The Driver can select multiple options among the above mentioned ride options. Passenger Features: Now for example the passenger in Noida opens the app his pickup location will already be display on the app, post that he needs to enter the drop location, for e.g.:- he selects Gurgaon option, then the cab driver which has this option selected will get the delivery. The app should also work as a GPS wherein the shortest waypoint is already displayed on the screen of both the passenger and the driver and that needs to be followed. For Economy • INR 80 for the first 4 km • INR 8, per extra km • INR 1, per minute (Post 5 min) Example: A Passenger travels for a distance of 20 Km in a time of 60 min then his going to be billed: INR 80 for the first 4 km INR 128 for the next 16 km INR 55, for the charged 55 min Total – INR 263 plus Taxes plus Toll 2. For Luxury • INR 100 for the first 4 km • INR 12 per extra km • INR 1.5 per min (Post 5 min) Example: A passenger travels for a distance of 20 Km in a time of 60 min then his going to be billed: INR 100 for the first 4 km INR 192 for the next 1 6 km INR 68.75 for the charged 55 min Total – INR 360.75 plus taxes plus toll 3. For Premier • INR 200 for the first 4 km • INR 20 per extra Km • INR 2 per min Example: A passenger travels for a distance of 20 Km in a time of 60 min then his going to be billed: INR 200 for the first 4 km INR 320 for the next 16 kms INR 110 for the charges 55 mins Total – INR 630 plus taxes plus toll 4. When client is hiring for the entire day • The car will be hired for a minimum distance of 100 Kms. • The time will be minimum for 8 hours • Plus Driver’s Money which will be billed at INR 250. • INR 8 for every extra km (Economy) / INR 12 for every extra km (Luxury) / INR 20 for every km (Premier) • INR 100 for every extra hour • Waiting Charge is INR 1 per minute Fees to be paid by the Driver: 1. Fixed: INR 1000 + Taxes (per month), then commission charged 2. Commission basis: 2.1 The Driver will have to pay a commission of 5% every ride arranged by us. 2.2 There is going to be an incentive time zone during which the drivers will only have to pay 2.5% commission. The payments are going to be made for the week (Saturday to Friday) after deduction of commissions i.e. on every Monday it will be credited. Example: Say a driver earns a total of INR 18000 from the 10th October to 16th October (it includes Cash Rides and Wallet Ride), if he is on fixed basis he gets the entire INR 18,000, then he gets the entire money credited to his account. If he is on commission basis then say he has earned INR 8000 in normal rates and INR 10000 in Incentive Rates then INR 400 + INR 250 = Total INR 650 are deducted from the amount and the remaining INR 17350 is credited to his wallet. The fare payments can be done via following methods: 1. Payumoney 2. Paytm 3. Cash The drivers will have to submit a copy of the following documents while registering: 1. Commercial Driving License 2. Police Verification Check 3. CNG Certificate 4. PUC Certificate 5. RC Book 6. Address Proof – Permanent and Temporary 7.
