I would like a web app using the twilio api to run as a call centre. It is probably best you have worked with the twilio api before or have done something similar.

Staff login
Customers can call my 1800 xxx xxx phone number and staff can see the number calling and answer calls using the web app.
A sound is played when customer is calling
Contact management so staff can see the name of the customer calling
Staff can click to answer the call, and click to hangup once complete
Can click mute microphone
Can transfer to other staff member
