Update my products on Shopify automatically by CSV data feed file

I need a working solution to update my inventory on Shopify multiple times a day on daily basis with my distributor's CSV product data feed AUTOMATICALLY.
Currently I upload the CSV file on Shopify shop backend 4x a day manually, which is very tiresome.
I have checked their API and I would use it only as a last resort.
