Using wp template - replicate old website currently stored on [login to view URL] & wayback machine - demo design inc.

My website and its back-up were both deleted.
I really like the look of this website (link below) and would like to proceed with copying my old content into this new template. I will need it connecting to a payment gateway, live chat, crm, fb pixel, and google tracking codes adding. I have all of these already set-up, but I just need to re-activate them.
I have the basic needs for:
*homepage
*about us
- how we work
- testimonials
*Services
- 9 service pages
Ideally, clients should be able to start their order from the services pages - woo-commerce was my previous option. I also need to add a few plugins such as the ability to share a cart with a customer. Subscriptions. etc
*Blog - I have around 10-12 blogs to add to this section
*Contact page
