Web based tool to match data from two sources

I need a web based tool that identifies the right model ID of a smartphone from a list of smartphones. The smartphone list contains smartphone names collected from different websites. I need to identify the right ID for each smartphone model from the Model List Database. In the attached files you can find: - Model List Database. List of all models in the Data Base with the ID - Smartphone collection. This is the list of models collected from different websites. Each model in the smartphone collection is written in different ways and this is the tricky part. The tool needs to be intelligent enough to be able to match models using key words created automatically. I don't want to insert manually key words for each model. The smartphone collection file can have up to 150,000 models collected. Different versions of the models will have different IDs (e.g. iPhone 6S 64GB will have a different ID from the iPhone 6S 128GB). Sometimes the same model is written in a slightly different way in the smartphone collection. For instance, the iPhone 64GB is the same as iPhone (64GB) or iPhone 64 GB. Slight differences but all the same model and the same ID. The application should do the following: - import the two excel files - identify the right model ID from the Model List Database - add a new column to the output with the correct ID. If there's no ID match found, it should add "No Match" to the ID cell. If there's no name on the model label, it should add "No Match" to the ID cell - add a new column with the name of the model from the Model List Database - add a new column with the Product Category - add a new column with the vendor name from the Model List Database - export the final output to an excel file The code should be delivered to our internal IT support person to be integrated with our internal application. The tool will be stored in our servers. The delivery of the project should include: - software code developed - description of the language used and the overall description of the development - answer questions from our internal IT support when integrating the code to our internal tools The proposal should include the language that will be used, the time frame needed and the price for the development.
