Web Developer/Designer needed to complete online store. (Will require custom coding)

Hello, We are in need of a web developer/designer capable of creating custom code and is able to finish our website with all the requirements we need. The requirements for this job are listed below from major fixes and additions to the minor fixes and additions that need to be done. ** Major Fixes & Additions ** 1) We need a custom code made for a Multivendor system and a login system that is similar and feels like the Multivendor system that [login to view URL] has. This is the major part of the project and needs a skilled developer to develop such code for us. This code should be similar to the reference site given, at the moment we use a Dokan Plugin for the website but we are not satisfied with the results, we need our Multivendor system to be custom coded. 2) An email needs to be sent after registering, buying, returning items needs to be create. 3) Adding payment methods, this will require some sort of currency converter plug in to be able to add visa MasterCard and PayPal due to the fact that we are using Kuwaiti dinars not US dollars. 4) Testing the site for bugs and fix any bug ** Minor Fixes ** 1) How it works page needs to changing 2) About us Page needs completing 3) Adding categories to Designers, Women and Men section 4) Adding Terms and Privacy 5) When header items clicked it whites them out so we can’t see them.
