I need some changes to an existing website. Need a pay - per- use access interface built to handle multiple subscribers to a online content management database the handles collecting storing and servicing tenant property dwellings. (This portion of the website has alreast been built and developed.) The current structure handles only one account at a time, we need to be able to create a signup page and spin-up a template that can iterate and assign a container of tables for each need account being serviced in order to service multiple simultaneous accounts. The pay-per-use feature will allow a try for free for 30 days interval after which a continue use fee will be required access stored content. Each sunscriptiom will be based om the existing tanke set already in place just  compartmentalized for each subscribed account created. All user accounts can create up to 4 sub-users accounts to group manage tasks as they relate to one or properties or areas of administration within each account. You can use pre-existing templates to lower cost and development time but it must be a seamless transition from the subscription interface to deploying and cycling up each account created.
