A webdesigner/coder for mobile landing pages for affiliate marketing use

Hi, I'm looking for reliable coder/webdesigner, that can design landing pages fast at good quality, communicate in English well and stick to deadlines. You will be designing, creating, copying, modifying various mobile landing pages for an use in affiliate marketing. Landing pages will be both ugly and beautiful, sometimes ugly works better. Check attached file for example designs that we've done in the past. I will hire and test 3-5 people here, give them a test assignment below and decide who to hire based on the results (speed, price of the work, the ability to follow my requirements and the quality of work). What do I require? Knowledge of: HTML5, CSS, PHP, Javascript Time flexibility, adherence to deadlines and ability to communicate well and follow provided instructions.
