Website to transfer files between users

Hello, I need a wordpress than can do the following. #1 The company admin can ceate subscribers, managers and unlimited users #Subscribers Users - - company logo they can change/upload - profile (name, email phone, fax, description) - can create ( unlimited client users) NOTES: Subscribers can create their own users for their own contacts and business - they can change the (BG image of their layout, colors) - they can create catagories such as (commercial lease, commercial listing, commercial buyer, residential lease, residential listing, residential buyer, they can create unlimited catagories and name them whatever they want) Catagories - each catagory they scan set the type of documents they need. Such as catagory 1 - commercial lease - this catagory they will need documents (a,b,c,d) Summary: when the subscriber requests a document from one of their users the user will get an email requesting the docs and they can upload them easily with a progress bar). When complete it should say complete. The subscriber gets an aleert saying files are complete and so does the subscriber user. The subscriber can setup these files to share with others securely. When uploading documents no matter what format the systen should AUTOMATICALLY CONVERT to pdf. jpg, png, tiff or etc - whatever the file is uploaded the system will automatically convert to pdf with multipage views.
