Word: fix table styles & Cover page fields

I have created a Word template and I need the table styles updated in the template so that when you create a new table, it automatically comes in at Arial font size 9. I have created the table styles in the Style pallet and I have put examples of the 2 table styles in this template with specifications. I would like them called: 1. SGA Orange table 2. SGA Plain table Currently my styles are not working properly. ie. My table header does not bold white when I apply the style in the table manually. Once this is done my base template is used to create other templates. All of these need these 2 table styles. Can I paste these 2 table styles into the other templates I have already created? The base template is currently set up with the Header to update with the file name. I need 4 Report templates with 4 different cover pages (which I will supply) and I need fields set up on the front of the 4 cover pages for authors to input the: Area, Document Title, Version number and date (Date must be in the format of DD Month YYYY). In these 4 templates, can you then link the header to update to the Document Title field name? This has been done before on the old version of the template. I will post my new base template for the table styles to be inputted. I will attach 1 of the 4 cover pages with the specs for the fields to be put on the front (the North image). The image is to fit the entire cover page and then I need you to link the header to the 'Document Title' field name. As I mentioned earlier, I will have 4 of these in total. All fields will be the same, only the cover page image changes. 24 hours Timeframe
