Using an existing WordPress install, the following will be built on the child theme so that the platform will not crash upon future WP updates. Client requests the ability to create password protected pages for his clients [login to view URL] (end client) These pages with have content and a questionnaire based on the fields from IRS form 8850 AND Department of Labor form ETA 9061. When the end user fills out the questionnaire, all info is database into AirTable and auto fills IRS form 8850 AND Department of Labor form ETA 9061. Upon completion of these forms by the end user, the user will be required to digitally sign the forms. Once signed, an email is generated and emailed to admin with the attached , signed forms. Admin will have a simple dashboard either within AirTable, WordPress to track all end users and set statuses for those end users - Initial Status will be generated when admin creates login for the end user. When the login is created with the users name and email, an email is generated with a secure link to the questionnaire. End User can save the questionnaire at any point and return (credentials required) later to complete and sign the form. Additional Statuses for admin: First Name Last Name Email User Name (Click to edit First, last, email, user name and password) Questionnaire Started (Admin link to see the form) Questionnaire Complete (Admin link to see the form) Questionnaire signed (Admin will see a clickable link to download signed documents) + link to add additional end users - (New page with fields for first name, last name, email address, username and password) The entire platform should be built in a "sandbox" to be migrated to the final site when testing is complete. Final milestone will be the migration to the final site.
